Return conditions
We manufacture all products, accessories and clothing directly according to your requirements. Following point 7 of the General Terms and Conditions of IdentiColor Stickers, you cannot return the products.
In order to prevent any mistakes, we will send you a draft of the sticker or print design by email before the production process.
If, after the delivery of the order, the products do not meet the quality standards, or were delivered damaged, please let us know about it through your customer account, in chat, by phone or by e-mail. Send the damaged goods back to us and we will make a new one for you. Totally free.
However, if you find that the data on the sticker or print do not match the data of the vehicle, even after the draft has been previously approved, we will be very sorry.
