What if I find the merch or sticker is inappropriate after purchase?
No worries. If an error has been made on our side, let us know via your customer account, in the chat area of the site, by email or by phone. If you ordered the wrong size of clothing or provided incorrect information on a sticker, we'll be sorry. As we make all our products directly to order and have a cost associated with this, we may not be able to help you in this case.
What if the goods I ordered arrived damaged?
We apologize in advance. Please return it to us at the address below and we will send you a new one within a few days.
What if I damaged the sticker during the sticking process?
If you did despite following our sticking instructions, we're sorry.
How should I take care of my clothes?
We recommend that you wash all the merch you have ordered inside out at a maximum of 40°C and separate from everything else for the first three wash cycles. If the printed foil has started to peel off, that's fine. Take baking paper and an iron and gently iron the foil through at the lowest temperature. Re-ironing is also recommended after each wash to ensure the print lasts longer.
What happens if the sticker is left in the sun for a long time?
Don't worry, nothing. We guarantee that the print on the sticker will last approximately 5 years in direct sunlight.
